  • Integrate AI as a cognitive co-pilot in the entire growth process: diagnosis, ideation, hypothesis tension, risk analysis, sense-making, and prototyping.
  • Design and execute minimal experiments to validate the highest risk part of your hypothesis.
  • Create functional prototypes in minutes with AI (Vibe Coding, Lovable) only when it makes strategic sense.
  • Map learnings within the Impact-Driven Growth™ framework.

How will we do it?

  • In-person format: 2 days (total 16h)
  • Online format: 4 synchronous sessions of 3h and guided asynchronous work between sessions (total 16h).
  • Practical application through real cases: real challenges from participating organizations are integrated.

Pedagogical approach:
