We identify what is (and what is not) a strategic CRO approach and why adopting a Lean approach minimizes effort and increases learning.

2. From Observation to Hypothesis

You will learn to observe, extract actionable insights, and formulate hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative evidence.

3. Prioritize to Maximize Impact

Models and frameworks to prioritize experiments based on business value, expected impact, and implementation cost.

4. Validation, Results, and Learning

Experiment design, success metrics definition, hypothesis validation, and decision-making based on results.
