How will we do it?

An in-company, practical training applied to your day-to-day. You can choose between two formats:

  • Intensive in-person: 2 full days.
  • Online by modules: 4 sessions of 3h + tasks to apply between sessions.

During the training:

  • We will work directly on your CRM or in a simulation environment.
  • You will take away real tasks, designed to transform your operation from within.

Course Modules

Module 1: Applied Customer Centricity

Discover what it really means to put the customer at the center. You will map their real journey with the brand and identify opportunities to improve experience and conversion.

Module 2: Strategic Lead Management

You will learn to define what a lead is in your organization, qualify them by funnel stages, and accompany them with a useful, non-bureaucratic scoring and nurturing system.

Module 3: Purposeful Automation

You will design automation flows intended to help, not overwhelm. You will see how to balance operational efficiency and real personalization.

Module 4: Impact and Performance

We will measure what really matters. You will build your own dashboards, based on KPIs that help you make decisions and demonstrate results.

Optional Module: HubSpot Practical Execution

Apply everything learned directly in your HubSpot portal.
